How to apply for a student job at NBCS
  1. Use your Rutgers NetID and password information to log in. If you have problems with the application or questions about the application process, please email nbcs_studentjobs@email.rutgers.edu for assistance.
  2. It is not necessary to complete the entire application at once. You may edit and submit your application until the deadline at 11:59 PM on Friday, February 28th.
  3. You will be asked to complete the following:
    1. Personal Information
    2. Work Preferences
    3. Work Experience
    4. Open-ended Questions
    5. Technical Skills Inventory
    6. (Optional) Resume Upload
  4. In order to complete the application, all of the sections must be saved and marked as finished. After you have completed your application, you will be asked to submit it. At this point, you may still view and edit your application. Once you have submitted your application, you will no longer be able to make any changes. NBCS staff will only be able to evaluate your application once it has been completed and submitted.
  5. You will receive an email at the Rutgers email account you specified after submitting your application. If you have not received the email in a few days, please contact us at nbcs_studentjobs@email.rutgers.edu.
  6. If you are selected for an interview, you will be instructed to return to this page in order to sign in and schedule an interview. Please use the link below.
